Floyd Mayweather

This is most likely only exciting to me, but Floyd Mayweather showed up last night at the WWE No Way Out PPV and confronted the returning Big Show. Check it out here.

Great angle I thought. Looks as though Mayweather may have actual cracked him pretty good. Although, with Mayweather's much talked about fragile hands, I doubt that he would risk hitting him too hard bare knuckled. At any rate, still pretty cool (at least to me).

Looks like this is building to a Rey Mysterio & Floyd Mayweather vs. Big Show & Shane McMahon match at Wrestlemania (we will know if this is for sure in about 1 1/2).

HD-DVD Says Goodbye.

I know this is old news by now, but HD-DVD is no longer. This news comes as a relative shock to me, as the porn industry had embraced the HD-DVD format over Blue Ray. And as we all know, the porn industry has had incredible influence in past format wars (see VHS vs. Beta).

AWESOME

So excited about this movie. And I won't lie, the music still gives me goose-bumps (yes, I am a nerd). The trailer seems promising, although I am not too wild about them having Indiana flying around like he's still 25 (which from the tailer it appears they may do). I mean, the guy clearly looks old. Somehow watching him perform physical feats that a man of his age clearly couldn't pull off would ruin the magic a bit. That aside, I am fired up for this!

That's One HUGE....

This girl is scary. She can dunk with ease. And not one of those break away dunks where she needs to get a huge running start to barely get the ball down. She actually dunks the ball during play (meaning she can come down with a rebound and go back up and dunk it).

Oh ya, and she wears a men's size 18 Shoe? WTF?

Washed-up actor Corey Haim has taken out a full page ad in Variety Magazine to announce his come back. I would laugh if this wasn't so pathetic.

$6 Million Home Theater

Yes. Someone spent $6 million dollars on a home theater. The projector alone costs $100,00. You can read more about it here. The odd thing is, the guy spends all this money on a home theater system...and it only seats 3 people? I guess this guy is both rich (or extremely irresponsible with his money), and lonely.

Two Words: Vote Huckabee

As I get older, I find myself leaning more and more to the right. I am not necessarily prepared to vote for a conservative candidate just yet. However, more endorsements like this and I might be convinced.

The Dawning of a New Era in Fast Food

I saw this on another blog, and was compelled to share it here (for the 2 people that may actual look at this site). This is genius. Not as genius as the Wii VR thingy, but damn close. It's so simple that it's amazing to me that it had not been thought of yet.

The only potential problem I see is that it seems like the chicken nuggets would make the pop warm (and vise versa). Also, I can see the condensation issue being a problem, as it probably wouldn't take long before your nuggets were soggy. All in all however, a stellar idea....

Wiener Poopie

I actually found $5 laying in the street next to my car when I arrived at work this morning (just thought I would share).

The below video is completely unrelated to my new found riches, but it made me happy (as did finding the $5, so in that way maybe they are related). Anyway....

Have been wanting to post this video for awhile now, but due to an over-whelming sense of general laziness haven't (and I am only posting it now because Michelle mentioned that my blog may provide some limited entertainment value while she is off cruising; and I am feeling the pressure).

This dude is a freakin' genius. Here is his actual resume. The guy that lives below me actually graduated from the same university he attends ( Carnegie Mellon University), which I will in no way hold against him. Anyway, imagine the possibilities if Nintendo can somehow develop games based on this....
