A Gift...

Hopefully, this post will act as a peace offering. A way for me to help makes amends. Clint, this post is for you. I hope that this will lessen your anger towards me for my complete lack of motivation to post.

I give you....every South Park episode ever (yes, EVER). Streaming online (and they're uncensored). I know it's lame to sit in front of your laptop and watch "TV," but this may make it worth it.

(P.S. if your name is not Clint, or you already know about this, or if you don't really care about South Park....Sorry, you can disregard this post).

That will be all.

This Pleases Me....

Finally, Harmonix has announced that Rock Band will rock its way to the Wii starting on June 22nd for $170. A special edition bundle will include the game, drums, a guitar and a mic. Gamers can also grab standalone instruments if they choose. The game will feature 63 songs (including five bonus songs).

Harmonix claims that they will explore online content when the Wii's online capabilities and potential are fully realized—which may be never at this rate. It kills me to see how progressive Nintendo can be with their designs and how ass backwards they can be with regard to online play.

Dog Hair Sweater....

I know it's been awhile since I have posted something (I have been busy dealing with other affairs). At any rate, I saw this and knew that it required a posting.

When my childhood dog died at the age of 17 (or something like that; the point is he was REALLY old), my mom had him cremated, and he sat, for a time, on top of the television in our living room. On the creepiness scale, that's a "1" compared to the below.

Beth and Brian Willis really loved their dogs Kara and Penny. They were very sad, understandably, when they died. What did they do to remember them? Frame a photo of their beloved pups? No, that's too normal for these two. They decided to make sweaters out of the fur of their dead pets. Yes, I said sweaters out of their dead dogs.

The horrifying and ugly sweaters were made by gathering "thousands of dog hairs from brushes and carpets," which makes you wonder how often they vacuumed their house. Apparently, they're quite warm and waterproof in addition to being so goddamned creepy. And they have enough fur left over for a jumper, which is currently being made.

Taking the concept to its logical conclusion, the couple plans to have their skin made into fashionable hats for their children when they die. It's the circle of life!

Make A Wish...

If, God forbid, I ever found myself with some incurable disease, I think my last wish would be exactly this.

Sooo, jealous...

Floyd Mayweather

This is most likely only exciting to me, but Floyd Mayweather showed up last night at the WWE No Way Out PPV and confronted the returning Big Show. Check it out here.

Great angle I thought. Looks as though Mayweather may have actual cracked him pretty good. Although, with Mayweather's much talked about fragile hands, I doubt that he would risk hitting him too hard bare knuckled. At any rate, still pretty cool (at least to me).

Looks like this is building to a Rey Mysterio & Floyd Mayweather vs. Big Show & Shane McMahon match at Wrestlemania (we will know if this is for sure in about 1 1/2).

Good times.

HD-DVD Says Goodbye.

I know this is old news by now, but HD-DVD is no longer. This news comes as a relative shock to me, as the porn industry had embraced the HD-DVD format over Blue Ray. And as we all know, the porn industry has had incredible influence in past format wars (see VHS vs. Beta).

(P.S. I am in part posting this because I wanted an excuse to post the below picture).

AWESOME

So excited about this movie. And I won't lie, the music still gives me goose-bumps (yes, I am a nerd). The trailer seems promising, although I am not too wild about them having Indiana flying around like he's still 25 (which from the tailer it appears they may do). I mean, the guy clearly looks old. Somehow watching him perform physical feats that a man of his age clearly couldn't pull off would ruin the magic a bit. That aside, I am fired up for this!
